Orders are typically shipped next business day, so Friday through Sunday orders ship on Monday. Occasionally our small team will have a big volume day and orders get delayed one more business day but it is rare and we will reach out to affected customers.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
P.O. Boxes are cool with us. We recognize that many of our customers are on the road, off the grid, or serving our country around the world. For those reasons we ship to P.O. Boxes and use the USPS.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Orders ship within 2 business day of your order. You will get an email notification that includes a tracking number so you can follow your order until it arrives. Contact us if you have any questions or issues.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

If you received your order damaged, or your order never arrived, please reach out to us at info@upperdeckys.com and we can find a solution. Note, sometime this might be contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
